THE FAMILY

Reid: Our namesake and 4 year old junior taste-tester. His discerning palate (read: he likes everything with extra sauce) sets the standard for our menu.
 

Amanda: The Mom of Reid, Co-Owner and the real boss and reigning queen of our bbq flavors. She is the chief storyteller and a master of boiled peanuts and peach cobbler. She also designed the restaurant with these beautiful new walls and total bar makeover
 

Dixie: She's the great-grandmother. Her coleslaw is the only reason we have friends.
 

Gigi: AKA Sherry - one of Reid's grandmothers has been making & perfecting the best homemade mac-n-cheese since the 70's so you KNOW it's amazing.
 

Papa Paul: One of Reid's Grandfathers. Papa Paul sure loves his Pulled pork and barbecue because it's "Simply The Best" so we are sharing his love for barbecued food with you!
 

Uncle J: He's Reid's Unlcle and he is quite handy with the Beef Brisket and boy can he smoke a brisket like no other!
 

Scotty: He's Amanda's Husband, Reid's Dad and the Master of Smoking those delicious old fashion cocktails!
 

Nana: AKA Shirley - Reid's other grandmother. She's pretty much great at anything she cooks but we particularly like her potato salad and so will you!
 

Papa Steve:  The Face of "Steve's Southern Comfort Manhattan". If he visits your establishment, it's a must to have SOCO on the menu for his perfect Manhattan recipe!
